The most important thing is to follow all aftercare advice diligently. Detailed aftercare information will be sent directly to your email after your appointment, tailored specifically to your treatment.

Are there any specific products or routines you recommend clients use at home to help their treatment results last as long as possible?

Yes, absolutely! For lash lifts, ensuring you keep your lashes clean and brush them daily is key. For brow lamination, brush your brows daily. Always follow all aftercare instructions provided for your specific treatment to maximise the longevity of your results.

What are some signs or feelings that would mean a client should get in touch with you after their treatment, rather than waiting?

After a treatment, it’s important that clients feel comfortable and confident with their results, but if they experience anything unusual they should always get in touch. Clients should contact me if they notice excessive swelling, severe pain, unusual redness, or any signs of an allergic reaction. If they have any concerns about how the treatment area looks or feels, or if something doesn’t seem quite right, I always encourage them to message me rather than waiting. I’m always happy to offer advice, reassurance, or arrange a follow-up if needed to make sure everything is healing properly and they are happy with their results.

Are there any minor, normal things a client might experience after a treatment (like slight redness or tenderness) that they shouldn't worry about too much?

After certain treatments, it’s completely normal for clients to experience some minor and temporary side effects while the area settles. This can include slight redness, mild swelling, tenderness, or sensitivity around the treated area, especially after lip filler. With lash lift and tint or brow lamination, clients may notice a little redness around the eye or brow area which usually settles quickly. These reactions are common and typically fade within a short period of time. However, if anything feels unusual, worsens, or doesn’t improve, I always encourage clients to get in touch so I can offer advice and support.
